Ingredients

    2 lemons peeled
    4 small tomatoes
    3 carrots
    4 stalks celery
    1/2 bell pepper (your choice, yellow, red or green)
    1/2 zucchini
    1/2 small onion or about 1/2 c scallions
    1 cup kale
    1/2 cup spinach

    Blend ingredients to juicer; add seasoning (garlic and cilantro) to taste; chill... Enjoy!

    Serving size is approximately 1 cup or about 87.45 calories per serving!
