Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 20 ounces
    Olive Oil, 3 tbsp
    Balsamic Vinegar, 3 tbsp
    Water, tap, .5 cup
    Mushrooms, fresh, 5 cup, whole
    Good Seasons Italian all natural seasoning packet 0.7 onz packet
    Hidden Valley Ranch Dip Mix, 8 tsp (one 1 onz packet)
    (cornstarch or zantham gum to thicken)

Directions

Add whole mushrooms, italian season packet and ranch seasoning packet to a crockpot. Heat Olive Oil in a large skillet. Add chicken breast and sear each side. Deglaze pan with 1/2 cup Water and 3 tablespoons of Vinegar. Add chicken and broth to crockpot. Stir and cook on med for 2-3hrs. Remove 2 cups broth and thicken with corn starch or zanthum gum - add back in and stir. Serve over brown rice or quinoa.
