    3/4 lb. of boneless, skinless chicken breast (cut into bite size pieces)
    1/4 cup of olive oil
    4-oz. of whole wheat penne
    1 cup of grape tomatoes, sliced
    3 cloves of garlic, minced
    2 cups of broccoli
    1/2 cup of low-sodium chicken broth
    2 Tbsp of basil
    1 Tbsp of oregano
    Salt and pepper to taste


Prepare pasta per package directions without any added salt
Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat while pasta cooks. Add tomatoes, broccoli, and garlic and cook 1 to 2 minutes.
Raise heat to high and add chicken broth, chicken, basil, and oregano .
Cook until chicken is opaque, about 4 minutes.
Drain pasta and add to skillet. Toss with chicken mixture to combine. Divide equally among 4 bowls.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper, if desired.
