    8 oz. Original Almond Milk
    Frozen strawberries (I only use about 10 strawberries, but couldn't change the 1 cup)
    Frozen blueberries (use 2 TBS - couldn't change the 1 cup amount)
    Frozen bananas (I slice and freeze the slices and use about 10 - again, couldn't change the amount)
    1 tsp flaxseed
