Ingredients

8 oz crabmeat
2 cups cheese and garlic croutons (crushed)
10 oz or 1 1/4 c prepared alfredo sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp all purpose seasoning
6 (5-6) oz tilapia fillets
3 tbsp melted butter
1 tbsp butter
6 oz lobster meat chopped
1 can cream of shrimp soup
seafood seasoning to taste
Directions
preheat oven to 350. make crab stuffing, mix crabmeat, croutons, alfredo sauce, lemon juice and all purpose seasoning. set aside.
place tilapia dark side down and cut pockets into each side of fish.
open pockets and spoon 3/4 c of crabmeat into tilapia. flatten slightly to 3/4" high.
gently close pockets and brush fillet and stuffing with melted butter and sprnkle with seafood seasoning.
place stuffed fish into 9x13 baking dish with 1/4 c water, being careful not to pour water over the fish.
bake for 20-25 mins or until stuffing reaches 165 deg with internal thermometer.
in small pan, melt 1 tbsp butter over medium heat. add lobster and saute until tender. add soup and stir well. pour sauce over fish.
you can use in place of this alfredo sauce, hollandaise or bearnaise sauce.
