Introduction

A low fat and low sodium tasty meatloaf. A low fat and low sodium tasty meatloaf.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 lb low fat ground turkey
    1 cup liquid egg substitute
    3 tbsp ketchup
    1/4 cup mustard (can use yellow or brown spicy, your choice)
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 cup uncooked oats
    1/2 cup bread crumbs
    1 cup, no salt added, tomato sauce
    Add Pepper and other spices to taste

Directions

Mix all ingredients except tomato sauce together well.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Spoon tomato sauce over the meatloaf during baking.

    Incredible!
    Very Good! I did not put the tomato sauce on though. I used my glaze on it. I had to make it look my original meatloaf so the family would eat it. EXCELLENT FLAVOR!!! THANKS!!! - 3/18/07
