Ingredients

8 La Tortilla Factory, Whole Wheat Low Carb Tortilla
0.5 Cup Spaghetti Sauce, Classico Mushroom & Ripe Olives
1 Cup Blue Menu Light Triple Cheddar Shredded Cheese
4 slices Fresca Lean Turkey Bacon
Tips
Feel free to add your own toppings such as mushrooms, olives, onions, etc.
You can also substitute the turkey bacon for turkey pepperoni or ground turkey.
Put some more spaghetti sauce in a bowl for dipping as well.
Directions
1) Cook turkey bacon low and slow in frying pan, put aside to cool. Once cool, cut up into pieces.
2) On each tortilla spread a very thin layer of spaghetti sauce. Place one tortilla in frying pan, sprinkle cheese, bacon (and any other toppings you wish) and top with a bit more cheese. Place second tortilla on top, sauce side down.
3) Cook quesadilla until cheese melts.
4) Remove, cut into slices and enjoy!
