    6 bone-in pork chops
    (1 t salt)
    ( t black pepper)
    (2 T olive oil)
    (⅔ c balsamic vinegar)
    (2 t honey)


Combine pork chops, salt, pepper, olive oil, balsamic
vinegar and honey. Marinate for 2 hours. Heat grill to med to high.
Cook for 8 - 10 minutes per side.
