Ingredients

1/2 c Brown Sugar - Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
1/2 c Applesauce, unsweetened
2 t Cinnamon, ground
1 1/2 t Ginger, ground
1/2 t Cloves, ground
1t Baking Powder
1 t Baking Soda
1/2 Salt
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
4 egg whites
1 16 onz Canned Pumpkin
2 c Arrowhead Mills Organic Oat Flour
4 scoops About Time Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate
1/2 c Silk Almond Milk unsweetened
Tips
If substituting, be sure to use a vanilla whey isolate similar to About Time ingredients and nutritional content. Other protein blends and or meal replacement shake powders have added ingredients and varied nutrition content which may change the outcome of the bars
Directions
Preheat oven to 350*
Spray 9/13 glass pan with cooking oil spray
Combine first 11 ingredients and mix well
Add the last 3 and mix until incorporated
Pour into pan and spread even
Bake for 30 min or until toothpick comes out clean
Cool and cut into 24bars
