    1 16 OZ. JAR OF PACE PICANTE SAUCE MILD OR SPICY UP TO YOU * I USED MILD
    1 CUP BELL PEPPER
    1 CUP RED ONION
    1 CUP FRESH SLICED MUSHROOMS
    1 TBSP GARLIC SALT
    8 OZ. BARILLA PLUS PENNE BOILED

Directions

MAKES 6 -1 CUP SERVINGS
BOIL SHRIMP, IN A SEPARTE PAN STIR FRY MUSHROOMS, BELL PEPPER, AND ONION, ADD GARLIC SALT TO MIXTURE. ONCE SHRIMP HAS BOILED STRAIN AND ADD TO STIR FRY. BOIL PENNE AND STRAIN WHEN DONE. STIR INTO STIRFRY MIX, ADD THE PICANTE SAUCE. LET SIMMER UNTIL BUBBLY AND SERVE.
