    Chicken Breast - bone and skin removed
    large onion
    sweet peppers - red, yellow and orange
    fresh garlic
    tomato sauce one small can
    Mrs. Dash Sprinkle over chicken before you start cooking
    Olive oil
    chicken broth - low sodium and fat free
    Red potatoes

Tips

Serve over rice


Directions

Put the olive oil in the pot and add the cut onions, sweet peppers and garlic let cook for about 7 minutes, add the already seasoned chicken and the tomato sauce
let it cook for about 5 minutes moving frequently to get the flavor and prevent sticking to the bottom. Add chicken broth I use fat free and low sodium and add 2 large potatoes cut in one inch size. Lower the heat and let it cook until chicken and potatoe are tender and the broth thicken to gravy consistence.
