    2 cups all-purpose flour
    1 Tblsp Sugar
    1 tsp Salt
    2 tsp instant yeast
    1/4 cup oil
    1 large Egg
    Warm water as needed to form soft dough


Not such a healthy option but found many times in Indian homes served with curried lamb or beef.


Combine dry ingredients. Separately mix wet ingredients reserving 1 tsp of beaten egg to brush the tops of the naans with. Make a soft dough using warm water as needed. Let rise until doubled. Punch down and roll out into two flat breads and place in greased 10" foil pie trays. Brush with egg and sprinkle sesame seeds if you like. Let rise again. Once they have risen preheat oven to 350F and bake for 15-20 or untill golden. Cool then cut into quarters.
