Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    broccoli 8 cups
    asparagus 2 cups
    spinach 4 cups
    swiss cheese lite 1 oz.
    pepperjack cheese 2 oz.
    mozzarella part skim 2 oz.
    cream of celery soup 1 can
    milk nonfat 1 cup
    garlic 1 clove
    black pepper .5 TBS
    parmesan cheese 2 TBS

Directions

Makes four servings
1) Preheat oven to 350 F.
2) Dice first thre ingredients and put in lasrge bowl.
3) Shred the cheeses and add to bowl.
4) In a separate bowl, mix the rest of the ingridients well.
5) Add this mixture to the large bowl of veggies and cheese. then mix.
6) Pour mixture into large casserole dish.
7) Cover and bake for 30 mins.
8) Uncover and bake for 30 more mins.
