Ingredients

    6 cups Toasted Pumpkin Seeds (I used 1/3 salted, 2/3 unsalted)
    1 tbsp canola oil (optional, depends on how you like your spreads)

Tips

I have a smaller food processor and did this in 3 batches adding in 1 tsp of canola oil in each batch.


Directions

Place toasted pumpkin seeds in a food processor and just mix away until the natural oils are released and you get a pesto-like butter. I like my spreads a little on the runny side so I slowly added in 1 tbsp of canola oil. I filled to the brim a 500ml jar.
