Ingredients

    1# boneless skinless chicken (4/4oz pieces)
    4 Tblsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
    2 Tbsp Honey
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp pepper
    1tblsp garlic powder
    Pan Spray

    1 # sliced Mushrooms
    2 tbsp Olive Oil
    1 tbsp garlic powder
    1 tsp salt
    1tsp pepper
    1tsp fresh thyme
    2 tbsp Marsala Wine
    Fresh chopped Parsley

Tips

To plate place 1/2 cup mushrooms on plate top with 1 slice julenned honey dijon chicken breast, Garnish with fresh parsley


Directions

Mix mustard, honey, salt, pepper, garlic powder, brush mixture on chicken. Spray 1/2 sheet pan with pan spray place chicken on pan and bake in a 350F oven for 20 minutes; until internal temp is 165F.
Put olive oil in saute pan, heat to medium, add mushrooms, garlic, salt, pepper, fresh thyme, sweat mushrooms until cooked through, turn heat to high add marsala, Remove from heat.
