This is a fun fantasy breakfast from my blog. This is a fun fantasy breakfast from my blog.Number of Servings: 2
Ingredients
-
18(count) Triscuit, Hint-of-salt
2oz (6 thin slices) Swiss cheese
1 large Egg
1 large Egg white
1 tsp Ground pepper (blend)
1 tsp (apx) Sriracha chili sauce
1 tsp Dill, dried
Directions
Warm your pan over medium-high heat. Prepare with non-stick spray if necessary.
Blend egg, egg white, and most of the pepper, reserving a pinch to sprinkle over the crackers at the end.
Cut the Swiss slices into three pieces each, so that you have 18 thin squares of cheese.
Soak the crackers in the egg until they have absorbed as much of the egg as possible, and then carefully lay them into the frying pan. Splrinkle the remaining pepper and the dill over the egg-soaked crackers.
Turn the crackers when the bottoms have cooked to golden brown, and lay a square of cheese on each cracker. Cook until the cheese has melted and begins to bubble.
Remove the crackers from the stove, arrange them on plates, and give each cracker a drop of chili sauce.
Serve and enjoy.
