Introduction

Take your basic MiM with the cinnamon & stevia add a little twist...

Ingredients

    MiM
    2 TBSP golden flax flour
    1 TSP baking powder
    1 TSP cinnamon
    1 packet stevia (or your choice sweetener)
    1 TSP SF vanilla syrup
    1 egg
    1 TBSP butter substitute

    Blend together wet ingredients
    add dry ingredients, adding baking powder last
    Nuke for 1.5 minutes (or less)

    Topping (NOT INCLUDED IN TOTAL, SEE BELOW)
    1 TBSP whipped cream cheese low fat
    1/2 TSP SF vanilla syrup
    1/2 packet stevia (or your choice sweetener)

    After you take the MiM out of microwave while warm spread the topping over it...yuuuummmmmmm

    Total N/C WITH topping is 1.44!!!
    But don't forget to count your sweeteners :)

Directions

If you use flax seeds, whizz them into a fine flour
Golden flax seeds are better flavor than regular.

    Very Good
    I tried this with my ATKINS hubby and he liked it! Thanks. We did use butter instead of substitute. And we didn't use the topping/icing because this is more of a breakfast thing for him than a snack/dessert. - 1/20/16
