Ingredients

    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Garlic, 2 cloves
    Onions, raw, 1 large
    Mushrooms, fresh, 300grams, pieces or slices
    Portabella Mushrooms, 400 grams
    *Cellery, Raw -2 Stalk, large
    Dill weed, dried, 1 tbsp
    *Taragon, fresh, .5 tbsp
    Thyme, fresh, 1 tsp
    Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free low sodium, 8 cup

Directions

Saute onion garlic and celery herbs. Add mushrooms. Add chicken broth or vegetable broth. Cook all ingredience until tender. Blend in blender. re-heat.

Serving Size: makes 8 -10 servings
