Ingredients

    8 bell peppers
    2 lbs of chicken or turkey italian sausage
    1 cup sweet onion
    1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
    1/2 cup parmesan cheese


    optional:
    add brown, jamine, rose or white rice to recipe for a filler.

Directions

Brown chicken or turkey.
Saute onions.
Place all in bell peppers.
Top with cheese.
Place in oven at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
