Directions

Thinly slice eggplant to use instead of Lasagna noodles
Brown ground meats and mix with 2 cans of spagetti sauce
Mix ricotta, mozzarella & parmesean
Layer - meat sauce, eggplant &cheese layer repeatedly starting and ending with meat sauce
