Introduction

Ingredients

3 mashed ripe bananas
1/3 c applesauce
1/4 c almond milk
1 c old-fashioned oats
1 c quick oats
1/2 c dried cherry blend dried berries (or raisins)
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp Splenda Brown Sugar blend
28 Almonds (to top each cookie)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine bananas, applesauce and milk.
Add rest of ingredients and mix very well.
Let sit for about 10 minutes so oats can absorb liquid.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls or cookie scoop, about 1.5" apart onto a parchment or sprayed cookie sheet.
Press an almond onto each cookie.
Bake about 15 minutes or until firm.
Serving Size: Makes 28 cookies
