No frills recipe for tilapia on the grill. No frills recipe for tilapia on the grill.

    2 tilapia fillets
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp black pepper
    2 tsp garlic powder
    3 tbsp Olive Oil


Rub tilapia fillets with olive oil on one side. Sprinkle half of the spices on both fillets. flip and repeat. Grill on each side until done. I use charcoal, so it takes about 10-15 minutes per side.
