Ingredients

Ingredients:
• 1 cup chocolate whey protein powder
• ½ cup Nutella Spread
• ¼-1/2 cup marshmallows
• ¼ cup rolled oats
Tips
Serve with: *Other ideas to spruce up the basic recipe….
o Add one banana to the mixture to make the texture chewier
o Add dry spices such as cinnamon and nutmeg
o Add walnuts or almonds
o Add a shot of coconut or vanilla flavoring ( add extra oats to compensate for added liquid)

1. In a large mixing bowl, blend ¼ rolled oats (uncooked), 1 cup LynFit Complete Chocolate Protein Powder until blended.
2. Add ½ cup Nutella and mix until thoroughly blended and it holds its shape.
3. Add in ¼-1/2 cup marshmallows until desired look and taste is met.
4. Form a patty one inch thick or Milky Way shape, however you like, it with a spatula or knife onto aluminum foil so you can eat it fast!
5. Put tin in freezer. Chill for a few hours.
6. When nicely frozen, remove and cut into bars of desired size. Keep the bars chilled until just before eating, if possible as the cold keeps the shape of the bars and keeps them from going bad. Refrigerating them is also an option when you bring them to work. This will keep you from overeating them!
