Introduction

Ingredients

1 butternut squash( I just use the top part )
1 summer squash
1 red onion
3 scallion stalks
3 apples( I used green) peeled
1 cup of craisins(dried cranberries) unsweetend
1 tablespoon of cinnamon
1 tablespoon of nutmeg
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of pepper
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Directions
Chop up the squashs, onion, apples in cubes.
Peel the apples and butternut squash.
Then lay it out on a baking sheet add cranberries.
Add cinamon, pepper, salt, nutmeg, oil mix it all up with your hands.
Spread them all over the baking sheet.
Cooking
Preheat oven for 350
Put in oven for 40 minutes then turn and then let it cook for 20 more minutes.
Enjoy.
Serving Size: 1/2 cup
