Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

2 cup Organic Stone Ground Whole Wheat Flour (plain whole wheat flour will work just fine if you don't have stone ground)
    3/4 cup Orange Juice
    2 Egg White
    .5 tsp salt
    1 tbsp Cinnamon
    .5 cup Applesauce
    .5 cup Agave nectar
    1 tsp orange zest
    3 tsp baking powder
    .5 tsp nutmeg
    .5 cup dried chopped dates

Tips

You can substitute so many things in this recipe. It is very hard to mess these muffins up. Take away the dates and add cranberries, blueberries, apples, etc. Add nuts for more texture. Use pumpkin puree instead of applesauce. :) Enjoy!

Directions

Fill 12 muffin cups, bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 15 - 20 min or until firm. I take mine out of the oven at about 16 min as a general rule.
