    1 Cup Fat Free Powdered Milk
    5 Scoops Amp Chocolate Whey Protein
    5 Tbsp Smucker's Natural Peanut Butter
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 Cup Quaker Oatmeal (Old Fashioned)
    1/2 Cup oat bran
    1/4 Cup shredded unsweetened coconut
    1/8 Cup hemp or flax seeds
    1/2 Cup Water


I wear rubber globes for easy clean up.


Mix all ingredients (except water) into a crumbly powder. Add 1/2 cup water and mix thoroughly. Add minimal amounts of water until desired consistency. Spray 8 x 8 pan. Pat into pan and cool in fridge. Cut into squares.

Serving Size: Makes 24 pieces, 2 pieces per serving.
