Ingredients

    2 jumbo eggs

    1 pinch salt

    .25 tsps of dried dill

    1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Tips

Serve with 2 Dr. Praegers Broccoli Pancakes for a delicious breakfast.


Directions

Add 1 tsp of EVOO to pan. Turn on flame on lowest setting. Add dill to oil. Crack to eggs and add to pan. Scramble in pan adding pinch of salt. Scramble and cook until eggs are cooked through. By cooking on low flame, scrambled eggs will be soft and tender.
