Ingredients

    1 - Thomas English Muffin, 100 Calorie, Original
    1 - Egg White
    3 - Slices Oscar Mayer Canadian Bacon**
    1/8 c. - Shredded Fat Free Cheddar

Directions

Makes breakfast for 1

Toast English Muffin

Cook egg white in nonstick pan, or lightly spray pan with Pam.

When egg is done, lay canadian bacon** on hot pan to warm, lay egg on top, and then add the cheddar on top of the egg to melt it.

When all is hot and melted, put on english muffin and enjoy.

To add a little kick, I've added a spoonful of salsa and it's wonderful.

** The Oscar Mayer Canadian Bacon is precooked/ready to eat, so it just needs warmed up. I've done it both ways, laying it in the pan and in the microwave.
