Ingredients

    Applesauce, unsweetened, .5 cup (remove)
    Altern (WalMart version of splenda) 1 tsp serving, 20 serving (remove)
    Brown Sugar, .5 cup, packed (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp (remove)
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove)
    *Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry, 1 cup (remove)
    *Flour, white, .75 cup (remove)
    Coconut, sweetened, 1 cup (remove)
    Raisins, 1 cup (not packed) (remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, .5 tsp (remove)
    Semisweet chocolate, .25 cup chips (6 oz package) (remove)
    Pecans, .25 cup, chopped (remove)

Directions

Mix all ingredients, and using a cookie baller drop cookies onto ungreased cookies sheet. Bake at 350* for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown. Makes 50 cookies.

    I made these tonight and they were delicious. I usually can't bake any type of cookies successfully, lol, but these came out great. - 7/1/10

    I am not sure how the serving size and amount of cookies works out; but I don't have a cookie baller. I used a tablespoon; thus making a smaller batch of Large cookies. Due to the ingredients available to me, substituted the raisins with craisens & the chocolate chips with Reese's piece. AWESOME! - 10/30/09
