Introduction

very healthy but just enough bacon for decadence very healthy but just enough bacon for decadence
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 cups baby spinach fresh
    1 hard boiled egg chopped
    1/4 cup chopped apples
    2 bacon slices crumbled
    remaining hot drippings
    1/4 cup diced tomato
    2 tblspoons light balsamic dressing

Directions

cook 2 slices bacon that has already been cut up. assemble rest of ingredients in salad bowl.
add balsamic to drippings that have cooled a bit. Caution will splatter. pour over salad and toss to coat. Eat right away. This salad is filling, tasty and good for you. Big bacon flavor without all the "bad" vary ingedients to taste. Enjoy.
