Introduction

I use this for a meal if I have had a large lunch and just need something to finish out my day. It is filling and light at the same time. You get a serving of dairy and fruit in for the day. The toasted pecans add the extra taste to the taste buds. If you want to added a artificial sweetner you can do that to make it sweeter, but I just use the grapes for the sweetness. Ingredients

1/2 C. Plain Greek Yogurt Nonfat
    2 TSP Toasted Pecans
    1 C. Grapes

Tips

I just took my regular grape salad recipe and upgraded it to fit my needs. Super fast, but delicious.

Directions

Toasting the pecans is the only cooking necessary. I just do a cup or so at the time to save time. I toast them, chop them and put them back in the freezer to be used as I need them. This can be done in the microwave or the oven.
