Red Ripe Tomatoes, 8 slice, medium (1/4" thick)
Shallots, 1 tbsp chopped
Butter, unsalted, 1 cup
Directions
fillet the fish, season w/ salt and pepper. then lightly flour. store in refrigerated area.
