Ingredients

    4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
    2 quarts water
    1 - 5 oz. can tuna
    1 - 10.5 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
    1 - 10.5 oz. can cream of celery soup
    1/2 - 10 oz. bag frozen broccoli
    1 TBS onion powder
    1 TBS garlic powder
    1 tsp black pepper

Tips

This is just a basic recipe, it can be varied easily by adding additional vegetables, bacon bits, shredded cheese, or croutons. Just make sure you calculate in these additions so you get an accurate calorie count.


Directions

Add water, seasonings, and potatoes to dutch oven and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes then add broccoli and continue simmering until vegetables are tender. Add all remaining ingredients, stir until well blended then remove from heat. Serve hot,
