Introduction

This is a variation of Trushar's Golden Curry that uses Roma Tomatoes for color and does away with green apples to cut back even further on the carbs.

Ingredients

    Roma Tomatoes
    Butter (Don't use margarine, use butter!)
    Green Onion
    Curry Powder
    Thai Chilies
    Garlic

Directions

Sautee green onions, garlic and chilies in butter, ad any meat you desire, and then add curry podwer with some water.

Let the vegetables and curry powder simmer for about 10 to 15 minutes and add the tomatoes at the very end (you want them to retain their firmness.)
