3/4 cup of diced celery
3/4 cup of chopped carrots
1/2 cup of chopped onions
2/3 cup of giblet gravy
1 tbsp. of butter (50/50 blend)
1/2 cup of canned niblet corn
5 oz turkey breast chopped
1-1/2 pie crusts (Pillsbury)
Directions
Using ramekins, place pie crust in each ramekin and fill with prepared ingredients, covering with gravy last. Cover each ramekin with an additional piece of pie crust, brush with butter and bake in a preheated (400 degree) oven for 20 minutes or until crust golden brown.
