Ingredients

3/4 cup butter
8 oz cream cheese
4 large eggs
1/4 tsp stevia
3/4 Just Like Brown Sugar
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/4 tsp salt/salt substitute
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup cocoa powder
2/3 cup cream
1 oz unsweetened Baker's chocolate (chopped)
1 TBS Vanilla
Tips
Line 8x8 pan with parchment for easier removal. These brownies taste better the next day.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Grease 8x8 pan.
Cream butter and cream cheese. Then add eggs, one at a time. Next stevia extract.
Blend JLBS, coconut flour, salt, baking powder, and cocoa with fork.
Heat cream and add chopped unsweetened chocolate.
Blend dry ingredients into butter mixture. Last add cream/chocolate mixture. Blend well
Pour into pan. Let brownie batter rest about five minutes.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes.
Serving Size: Cut into 16 equal squares
