Ingredients

    .75 of a 10 oz bag fresh spinach
    3 large egg whites
    1 lb 93% lean ground beef
    .5 large onion
    3 button mushrooms
    1 box whole wheat lasagna noodles (recipe calls for 13 noodles)
    2 cups fat free cottage cheese
    1 cup part skim mozzarella cheese
    garlic salt, salt, pepper, basil and oregano to taste
    1 jar Prego Light Smart Traditional pasta sauce (23.25oz)

Tips

Cook a few extra noodles in case a couple tear or break while boiling.


Directions

Brown beef, mushrooms and onion in pan set aside
Have noodles boiling in large pot
mix the following ingredients in a large bowl:Spinach,meat, egg whites, cottage and mozzarella cheese, spices...mix well.
Drain noodles in collander
On a paper towel or regular towel place one noodle at a time line meat mixture the length of the noodle. Carefully roll and place in a cooking sprayed non stick pan seam side down. Repeat for all 13 noodles. If there is any meat left over top over rolls. Pour the entire jar of sauce evenly over the lasagna rolls. Bake at 350 for about 25-30 minutes.
