Ingredients

    2 tsp. corn starch
    1/4 cup cold water
    dash salt
    1 ounce (square) unsweetened chocolate, chopped
    1/3 cup Splenda
    1/2 tsp butter.

Directions

Blend cornstarch and cold water. Pour into small nonstick saucepan. Add salt and chocolate. Cook on low heat until chocolate melts and mixture is thick. Remove from heat. Stir in Splenda and butter.

Yield: 1/3 cup (5 1/3 Tablespoons)

    Incredible!
    Turns out a bit like a cross between drizzle and an icing, but overall very good! I've used it on brownies for myself, and even on a yellow cake for my family, who usually don't like healthy alternatives, but they loved it! - 10/30/20
