Ingredients

    4 cans tuna in water
    3/4 cup chopped onion
    1 cup chopped celery
    2 tbl sweet relish
    salt
    pepper
    1/2 cup yellow mustard
    4 tsp dijon mustard
    2 tbl light mayo

Tips

I use 1/2 cup plastic ware to divide the tuna salad into 7 equal portions. It's great for lunches...just add lettuce or bread
