Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2.5 cups flour
    1/3 cup oil
    1/4 cup sugar
    1 1/2 tsp salt
    1 egg
    1 pkg yeast
    1.5 cups warm water

Directions

Put oil, sugar, water and yeast in a bowl and mix; let set for 10 minutes. Mix flour and salt in a separate bowl. Once yeast mixture has set 10 minutes and starts to foam, add egg and beat. Add flour mixture and combine until a dough forms. Dump onto a floured surface and knead until dough does not stick to hands. Separate into 12 rolls of equal size, put on a greased pan and let sit another 10 minutes. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees and once rolls have risen, bake for 10 minutes.
