Ingredients

5 Eggs, large
1/2 cup Half & Half
1/2 cup Milk, 1%
1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup Jarlsberg or Swiss cheese, shredded
1/4 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
3/4 cup Broccoli, fresh chopped
3 strips Veggie Bacon, chopped
1/4 tsp White Pepper
1/8 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Nutmeg, ground
1 (9 inch) Pie Shell
(Salsa for top is optional)
Tips
Can add any ingredient: Green onions, veggies, potatoes, bacon bits to egg mixture.......
Salsa to top of pie serving optional.

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Cook pie shell 5 Minutes. (Or, use instructions on package)
2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and half & half and milk. Season with white pepper, salt and nutmeg. Place shredded Cheddar, Jarlsberg and Mozzarella cheeses the pie shell. Pour egg mixture over cheese.
3. Bake in preheated 400 degrees F. oven for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F. and bake for 25-45 minutes, or until crust is golden and filling is set. Do not overcook.
Allow to set 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
