Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

4 pork spare ribs (can use pork chops, or steak or whatever meat you want)
    3 cups Brown rice
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    1/4 tariyaki sauce
    2 tbsp olive oil
    2 tbsp minced garlic
    1/2 yellow onion, sliced
    1 cup frozen peas
    2 eggs
    1 whole zucchini, diced
2-3 whole carrots diced (or roughly 20 baby carrots, sliced)
    1 whole tomato, diced
    3 celery stalks, sliced
    3 scallions, sliced
    1 cup bean sprouts

Directions

Start rice cooking
Gather all ingredients, chop veggies and mix in a bowl (leave tomatoes out)
Cut meat into desirable sized pieces and cook at low temperature in a skillet. (roughly 3-4 minutes)
Add eggs as meat cooks and scramble them in the pan. Cook eggs till they are about done (by now meat should be about done as well)
Add veggies, olive oil, and a splash of soy and teriyaki (not the quantity listed in the ingredients)
Cook like stir fry (usually takes 5-15 minutes depending on how done you want the veggies)
Add tomatoes towards the end, just before adding the rice.
By now, rice should be ready to good. Mix it all together, add soy and teriyaki (more olive oil if desired) and mix it all together for a few minutes. Ensure that all meat is cooked through and enjoy.

Serving Size: Makes roughly 8 bowls (at a bout 2 cups each)
