Ingredients

    2 cups of tea
    1 cup of crushed ice
    2 cups of kale
    2 small apricots
    2 small nectarines
    1 small banana, slightly green is good
    1/2 cup red cabbage
    1/2 cup borlotti or any beans
    1 1/2 tsp ginger
    1 tsp spirulina
    1 tsp organic red maca powder
    1 tsp chlorella
    1 tablespoon flax
    1 tablespoon chia seeds

Tips

Add any different fruits you like and if you can't get kale, substitute with spinach, dark greens of any type.


Directions

Put it all in a good quality blender and puree for a good 5 minutes or more as needed, to make it into a smoothie. Add stevia as sweetner, according to your own personal tastes. Enjoy for a nutrition packed breakfast.
