Ingredients

    1 28oz can whole peeled tomatoes with juice
    1 15oz can chick peas (garbanzo beans), drained
    2 zucchini, thinly sliced
    1 onion, chopped
    2 carrots, sliced
    2 stalks celery, sliced
    1 red bell pepper, chopped
    1/4 c Tastefully Simple Wahoo Chili
    1 4oz can chopped green chile peppers
    2 tsp Tastefully Simple Garlic Garlic
    1 T dried oregano
    2 tsp ground cumin
    1 tsp salt (optional)

Directions

Combine all ingrediants in slow cooker. Cover and cook on high 3-4 hours or on low for 6-8 hours. For lower sodium, omit salt.
