Ingredients

    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    Garlic, 2 clove (remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips (remove)
    *Cumin seed, 1 tsp (remove)
    Tomato Sauce, 1 cup (remove)
    *Cayenne Pepper (Ground), 0.25 tsp (remove)
    Lemon juice, 0.33 tbsp (remove)
    Trader Joes Organic Kidney Beans with Sea Salt, 455 gram(s) (remove)
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 0.5 cup kernels (remove)
    *Penut Delight- Creamy peanut butter, 0.75 serving (remove)

Directions

cook onion, pepper & garlic for 5 minutes until translucent
add cumin
add tom sauce, cayenne, LJ & 1/2 cup of water.
Turn to low, simmer 15 minutes
mix PB and some sauce out of the pan, then slowly add.
Mix in beans and corn just before serving.
