Introduction

Quick, Easy and healthy. I normally don't add Hoisin Sauce, but it was all I had on hand. I normally add my own homemade stir fry sauce I use from Weight Watchers. Quick, Easy and healthy. Ingredients

    1lb. Shrimp, raw, peeled and deveined(note: you can use cooked shrimp as well)
    1 bag Frozen Stir Fry Vegetables
    1Tbsp flavorless oil (vegetable, canola, or what you have on hand)
    Stir fry Sauce of choice
    1 Tbsp garlic

Tips

If using cooked shrimp, add them towards the end to warm through.


Directions

Heat 1 Tbsp. of oil in a wok or skillet.
Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque(skip this step if using cooked)
Add vegetables and garlic; cook until heated through, about 5-6 min.
Add stir fry sauce of choice, toss until shrimp and vegetables are coated; cook for additional 2-3 mins.
Serve with rice.
