Ingredients

    Most of one bag of baby spinach (about 4 oz), washed.
    3 Heads of Romaine lettuces, washed and cubed.
    1/2 a medium red onion, sliced
    1 1/2 tomatoes, washed and sliced
    One 6 oz bag of arugula, washed
    2 cucumbers, washed and sliced, with the skin.
    12 oz bag of dressing free broccoli slaw

Tips

Rinse by a good soak in ice cold water, this hydrates the leaves, and helps the greens to stay crisp.

After letting the mixture drip dry and spinning the mixture, run a clean paper-towel through the mixture to soak up remain surface moisture which will cause browning and early rotting
This salad mix requires a dressing of some sort to be digested.


Directions

Wash, very thoroughly dry, mix, and then separate into 14 sealed containers.

If properly dried, this will last up to 8 days in the refrigerator, making 1 salad for lunch and 1 for dinner for one week for one person.
