Ingredients

    1 pound Butter
    2 Cups Sugar
    4 Tbsp Light Karo Syrup
    6 Tbsp Water
    11.5 oz bag Hershey's Milk Chocolate Chips
    1/2 lb slivered almonds
    1 lb chopped almonds

Tips

Sometimes I put grated chocolate on the bottom of the pan and I use whatever type of almonds I have...chopped slivered or slice.


Directions

Melt Butter, Sugar, Water, and Karo in pan stirring constantly till reaches 300. Add chopped almonds. Pour over foil covered cookie sheet, spread evenly. Sprinkle with chocolate chips spreading till melted. Sprinkle with slivered almonds. Cool, and break apart.

Serving Size: Makes one large cookie sheet
