Ingredients

    Black beans, canned. low sodium
    Corn, canned. low sodium
    Peas, canned, low sodium
    Diced tomatoes, canned, low sodium
    tomato paste, one small can
    Rotel tomatoes and chilis
    Season to taste - garlic, chili powder, etc.

Directions

Dump all canned ingredients into appropriate sized pot and cook on medium heat for 30 minutes. Season to taste.
