    Granulated Sugar, 2 cup (remove)
    Butter, unsalted, 2 cup (remove)
    Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    *Nestle Toll House Milk Chocolate Morsel, 15 tbsp (remove)
    Pecans, 1.5 cup, halves (remove)
    Milk, nonfat (skim milk), .1 cup (remove)

Tips

Don't worry about the butter if it gets detached on the sides of the pan - that's your sweet butter and you can use that later. it's better you dont try to mix it in.

Milk will make the cookies softer.


Directions

melt the butter on medium heat. Add sugar and salt and let it get browned on medium high heat (or candy thermometer 230 degrees).right before you turn the stove off add pecan halves and a teaspoon of milk.

on a baking tray spread the parchment paper. Spread the toffee mixture and thin out with a wooden spatula.

Melt the chocolate and add a thin later on the toffee too.
